Liberation of the demon Putna by Lord Krishna - knowledge pandit
Lord Krishna Chandra turned six days old. Then his Shashti festival was celebrated with great joy. That day the Lord was brought out into the courtyard. Later on that day, Nandaraja left some people for the protection of Gokul Nagari and took the elder and old gopas along with him to pay the annual tax of king Kansa and left for Mathura early in the morning in a bullock cart filled with milk, curd, ghee etc. The intelligence reported this news to Kansa. Immediately Kansa summoned a demon called Putana to kill the children of Gokula. She was Kansa's half-sister. She was the daughter of Durmalla Rakshasa.
Putana reached Vrindavan in the form of a beautiful woman to poison Lord Krishna. She was a very cruel demon. She had only one job - to kill children. At the behest of Kansa, she used to roam around towns, villages and hamlets to kill children. Remembrance of the Names, Gunas and Kirtans of Bhagavatsal Bhagavan, who dispels the fear of demons in daily practice Where people do not listen, chant and remember the name, the power of such demons prevails.
Putana could move through the sky and assume the form she wished. One day she came to Nand Baba's Gokul, transformed herself into a beautiful girl with fascination and entered the Gokul. She could take any form she wanted with demonic magic. At that time she assumed a very beautiful form like a goddess. Her braids were entwined with peony flowers. She was wearing a beautiful silk talam garment. She was wearing expensive jewellery. And she was walking around with a lotus in one hand. Seeing her, people thought that Lakshmi herself had come. No one stopped her. All were fascinated by her appearance.
When her earlobes moved, the butt of beautiful hair on her face sparkled and looked even more beautiful. Her hips were round. And her waist was curvy. She used to steal the hearts of the Vrajavas with her sweet smile and majestic demeanor.
Searching for children here and there, she accidentally entered Nand Baba's house. There she saw that the child Lord Krishna was the age of evil-demons. But as fire is extinguished in a pile of ashes, so this time it has hidden its fierce brilliance.
Shri Krishnachandra was placed in a cradle by Mother Yashoda. He looked at the nephew and knew omnisciently that this nephew who killed children was a demon and closed his eyes as if he were falling asleep.
Her nephew had poisoned her breasts very cruelly. She thought that the children would die as soon as they touched my breast. With the thought of teasing Sri Krishnachandra, she approached him and took him on her lap and put her breast in his mouth on the pretext of feeding him.
Like a sharp sword hidden in a velvet sheath, the nephew's heart was very crooked, but on the surface she appeared to be a very sweet and beautiful looking holy woman. She looked like a decent aristocratic lady. And so Rohini and Yashoda, seeing her entering the house, stopped, fascinated by her beauty. And watched silently.
The omniscient Lord Krishna recognized the wickedness of Putna. And accepted the wrath. They started sucking her life along with her milk. Due to this, Putna's whole body started to convulse. She started crying in pain. It started cracking. "O let go, let go" she tried to rescue Krishna, but the Lord was so clinging and drinking milk that all her efforts were in vain. Screaming in agony, Putana ran away from there. All her Maya was destroyed. Her terrible form was revealed. Her eyes bulged out.
Her whole body was drenched in sweat. The intensity of her screams was terrible. Her shrill sound shook the earth with all the mountains and space with the planets. Fearing thunder echoing in all seven Abyss and directions, many people panicked on earth fearing that the sky would collapse.
